The Journey in a nutshell.

Challenge

The existing dashboard system served three distinct user groups, each with unique needs and digital literacy levels: field agents onboarding customers, end-users from tier 3 cities requiring straightforward interfaces, and administrators needing comprehensive cross-portal data access. The challenge was to create tailored experiences that made complex financial data accessible and actionable for each persona.

Process

Stream AI set out to revolutionize video collaboration by creating a unified workspace where teams could review, annotate, and approve footage in real time. The platform aimed to streamline communication, reduce errors, and accelerate project timelines with seamless integrations into popular editing software.

Outcome

The redesign aimed to categorize and visualize data in ways that aligned with each portal's specific use case. For agents, this meant streamlined onboarding workflows. For tier 3 city customers, it meant reducing complexity and cognitive load. For admins, it meant providing aggregated views across all portals for informed decision-making. Each portal was customized based on research insights about which data was most relevant to its users, ensuring that the interface surfaced critical information while maintaining simplicity and clarity throughout the user journey.
